Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Standard Returns
Unused merchandise in new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must include original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or shipped in error:
- Ammunition
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used products
- Opened consumables
- Products altered by the customer
- Items designated as final sale
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Depending on the manufacturer and product, we may facilitate replacement, repair, or manufacturer warranty service.
Return Authorization
Returns require prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Exchanges
We generally recommend placing a new order rather than requesting an exchange.
